Lactation & Parenting Support
At Milk, I offer a comprehensive range of services to support families through every stage of their feeding and early parenting journey. From antenatal education to postnatal care and parenting support, each consultation is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
With over 13 years of experience as a Nurse, Midwife, Maternal Child Health Nurse, and Lactation Consultant—and as a twin mum—I offer compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-world parenting experience.
Breastfeeding can be one of the most beautiful parts of early parenthood—but it can also bring challenges. From latch issues and milk supply concerns to nipple pain and mixed emotions, it’s completely normal to feel unsure at times. Every feeding journey is unique—whether that’s exclusive breastfeeding, mixed feeding, expressing, or bottle-feeding—and no two experiences are the same.
My goal is to help you understand your options, feel confident in your choices, and find practical solutions that work for you and your baby.
Whether you’re preparing for your first feed, navigating cluster feeding at 3am, or managing the transition to solids or weaning, Milk is here to support you with warmth, knowledge, and care.
