Here’s What You Can Do! 👶💭 It’s normal for older babies (4+ months) to get easily distracted at the breast — especially when the world gets more exciting! 🌍 But don’t worry, mama — here’s how to keep those feeds calm and comfy 💕 ✔️ Feed when drowsy — right before sleep or just after waking 💤 ✔️ Create a calm environment — dim lights, quiet space, less stimulation ✔️ Use a nursing necklace to keep baby’s focus 🧸 ✔️ Skin-to-skin contact can help reconnect and calm both of you 🤱 ✔️ Switch sides if baby gets fussy – a new flow may help. ❌ Don’t Force It Trying to push a distracted baby to feed can backfire.
