About Ellie:

Founder of Milk | Nurse | Midwife | Maternal & Child Health Nurse | Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) | Twin Mumma

Hi, I’m Ellie—founder of Milk. I have over 13 years experience as a Nurse, Midwife, Maternal and Child Health Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Throughout my career, I’ve had the gift of supporting countless families through pregnancy, birth, feeding, and those early months (and years!) of parenting. I know firsthand how beautiful—and at times, hugely overwhelming—this journey can be.

Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, every stage of parenting brings its own joys and challenges. Feeding, sleep, and everything in between… there’s a lot to navigate, and it’s easy to feel unsure or isolated.

That’s why I created Milk — to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel supported, heard, and empowered to feed and parent the way that feels right to you. My approach is calm, evidence-based, and always tailored to your unique family. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. I believe in listening, understanding, and working with you to find what feels right.

My goal is simple: to help you feel confident, connected, and supported—so you can enjoy more of the good moments and feel steady through the tough ones.
