Antenatal Breastfeeding Education
I offer breastfeeding preparation consultations designed to support you before your baby arrives. These sessions provide education on what to expect in the fourth trimester, including typical newborn behaviors, so your expectations of both yourself and your baby are realistic and grounded.
Feeding Support -Breast or Bottle
Milk offers truly personalised feeding support, whether breast, bottle or combination.
Together, we’ll develop a practical plan to help you understand your options, feel empowered in your choices, and find solutions that work best for you and your baby.
I can also support you through nipple pain, engorgement, supply issues, tongue-tie assessment, expressing and feeding multiples.
Parenting Support
Whether you're navigating sleep and settling, introducing solids and allergens, or facing behavioral challenges, I offer evidence-based guidance tailored to your family’s unique needs. Whatever is feeling overwhelming in those early years, you’ll be met with compassionate, practical support every step
